Container loading

In order to prevent damage to the container, it is necessary to consider the forklift, as well as the movement of goods in the container. Before packing, we must know the following:

1. The steel coil is placed longitudinally along the length of the container.

2. The central axis of the steel coil is perpendicular to the length of the container.

3. The weight is evenly distributed along the length axis of the container.

4, the heavier steel coil should be placed in the container fork hole position.

When packing

1, when loading, if necessary, thick wood should be spread on the container floor to evenly distribute the weight of the forklift (for the forklift with narrow wheels). The ramp for the forklift to enter the container is designed to be flat at the head of the ramp. This ensures that the weight of the forklift and cargo is moved from the ramp to the flat surface, on the metal ramp and not on the container floor

2. A row of wooden rails should be nailed to the container floor, and the steel coil should be placed on the wooden rails. The wooden rail allows the weight to be distributed more efficiently on the container floor, and the goal is to achieve a weight distribution of less than 5T per meter supported by the floor
